Salsa on 2

Salsa on 2 dance workshop led by Helena Victoria. "Salsa on 2" refers to a specific style of salsa dancing where dancers step to the second beat of the music, as opposed to "Salsa on 1" which is danced to the first beat. It is often associated with New York-style salsa, or "Mambo," and has a distinct rhythmic and musical feel. The origins of salsa and its associated dance forms trace back to a rich blend of African, Caribbean, and Latin American influences.
